Appaloosa - The Day (We Fell In Love)

Anne Laure Keib and Max Krefeld are Appaloosa.
Anne Laure comes from Paris, she writes music and sings and oh yes she reminds me of Nico.
Chan Marshall is her friend for 14 years when she was living in New York, they did some music, have been touring in the same old car and a made a few videos together, The Day (We Fell In Love) is one of them.
Pierre asked her to make a mixtape for our beloved french radiostation Télérama and the songs are just perfect with her telling us the story of each track as if we were talking between the bars.
Max, originally from Munich, lives in London and is a bit of a king to make some naive synth chip songs.
Appaloosa is the danceable version of Cat Power.
Nothing new about it but this blog is quite new and some days I try to fill the wasted times.
Appaloosa is going to tour with Glass Candy, check it on their Myspace.Oh and yes, I decided to write this blog in English now, I started in French but can see through Google Analytics (yes you know I’m this kind of people who loves words ending with “tics”) that a big part of the readers are not French.
And no my English isn’t perfect but only hope that’s readable.Et pour ceux qui ne parlent pas anglais, j’ai décidé d’utiliser la langue de Sid Vicious pour m’exprimer ici pour la simple raison que la majeure partie de mon lectorat est anglophone.
